HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Hero Athletica ships worldwide and has flat shipping rates as per below:
AUSTRALIA & NZ:
ORDERS OVER $199: FREE standard shipping or $4.95 express shipping
STANDARD SHIPPING: $9.95
EXPRESS SHIPPING: $12.95
INTERNATIONAL:
STANDARD SHIPPING: $24.95
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Hero Athletica does not currently offer a pickup service for customers who live locally to the Hero Athletica warehouse.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We certainly do! Hero Athletica ship to most countries in the world.
Please note that when making a purchase with Hero Athletica, we only charge for transport costs to your country. We are not held liable for any customs fees charged by your country upon import of the goods.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon your order being dispatched, you will receive an email from Hero Athletica providing your tracking number.
If you have any concerns or troubles finding your tracking number please contact contact@heroathletica.com
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE OR MY ITEMIS FAULTY?
In the unlikely event an item is faulty or you've received the incorrect size or style, Hero Athletica are happy to refund/exchange or credit these items.
If you believe your item to be faulty please email contact@heroathletica.com with your name, order number, details of the fault and with some photographs displaying the fault and we will endeavour to attend to your email as soon as possible.
Requests for faulty items must be made within 30 days of placing your order and whether a refund, exchange or credit is offered is at the discretion of Hero Athletica.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Here at Hero Athletica, we understand circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your order after purchasing.
In order to cancel your order and request a refund, please email us at contact@heroathletica.com.
Please note we are unable to cancel your order after it has been despatched and you will have to arrange a change of mind return after you receive your order. In this case you will only be offered a store credit or exchange.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been received within the postage time frames outlined here, we ask that you kindly check the tracking information on your order.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED BY CUSTOMS ?
Please note that when making a purchase from Hero Athletica, we only charge for transportation costs to your country. Hero Athletica are not liable for any customs fees charged by your country's government upon importation of the goods.
We advise you to research your governments customs & duties fees for importing good from outside your country before placing your order.
If your order is returned to Hero athletica, it is at our discretion of whether or not to offer a refund for the goods in question. Note however that if there any customs fees or charges incurred in order to receive the order back into Australia, those fees will be deducted from the total refund issued after we receive the returned goods.
