Returns
Although we hope you love all your Hero Athletica items, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
Simply log into your Hero Athletica account and request a return by following the relevant links. If you do not have a Hero Athletica account, please email us at returns@heroathletica.com and provide us with your order number, name, and the reason for your return.
AU Returns
- Eligible returns are to be sent back within 30 days from the date of dispatch and can be returned for store credit.
- If your return request is accepted, a return shipping & processing fee of $9.95 will be requested, and upon payment a return label will be emailed to you.
- Package up your return items and attach your return label to the outside of the packaging.
*If you are an international customer, please send the items back with your chosen carrier.
At this time, multiple orders cannot be combined in a single return.
Drop off your return at your local Australia Post. Be sure to obtain a receipt for proof of lodgement.
Due to current Australia Post processing times, once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take up to 8 business days for your store credit to be processed.
*Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

HERO ATHLETICA RETURNS POLICY
- Items can be returned within 30 days of dispatch.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, headwear and undergarments cannot be returned.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return. No refunds, exchanges or store credit.
- Australian based customers are issued with a trackable return label via email.
- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- We aim to process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving the items. Please note, return processing may take 2-5 business days during peak sale events.
EXCHANGES
Please note: Currently, we are only able to process returns for store credit. To exchange a product, please returns and reorder with store credit once it has been issued.
STORE CREDIT AND GIFT CARDS
- Free store credit returns are offered on orders received back to us within 30 days from the dispatch date.
- Your store credit voucher is for the item/s value only and does not cover shipping costs.
- Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES & FAULTY ITEMS
As a consumer, you are entitled to the
benefit of statutory consumer guarantees included in the Australian Consumer
Law. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality,
does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be
entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However, these consumer
guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or
misuse.
If you believe your purchase is faulty,
you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be
assessed by our customer care team to determine an appropriate remedy so to
assist us with processing your faulty item, please provide photos and email us
at returns@heroathletica.com.
FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
A small number of items may be marked
FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store
credit, unless the items are faulty.
We do not accept returns of undergarments
and headwear for health and hygiene reasons, unless the item has been deemed
faulty.
PURCHASES WITH BUY NOW PAY LATER OPTIONS E.G.AFTERPAY
AFTERPAY
Refunds will be processed and
communicated to the customer via Afterpay shortly after Hero Athletica
processes the returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted
Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date (depending
if all the original order's items are returned).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, we are unable to facilitate the returns of orders located outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Return postage will need to be organised and paid by the customer. Please contact us at returns@heroathletica and we will provide details for your return.
